Apex Park and Recreation District gymnastics offers a progressive pathway from parent-child classes to the team program at the Simms Street Recreation Center. Gymnasts begin at age 1 in structured classes or open play with a guardian. Ages 3-12 attend classes independently, progressing through levels. Programs include Toddler Open Play (ages 1-5), Parent-Child Gymnastics, Mini Gymnastics, Youth Gymnastics, Team Gymnastics, private lessons, sensory-friendly classes, and gymnastics camps. Sessions run January-April and May-August.
