Apex Youth Flag Football

About

Apex Park & Recreation District offers co-ed youth flag football leagues in fall and spring. Games held at various Douglas County parks including Redstone Park and Cornerstone Park. Age divisions: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. No experience necessary — great introduction to football fundamentals in a safe, non-contact environment.
